Stuart Alton White of Middleboro Massachusetts, a devoted husband, father and loving grandfather passed away peacefully in his home.
He was a Vietnam veteran, awarded the Purple Heart for his bravery and dedication to service to his country. He was a retired Senior Design Engineer for Global Interconnect. Stuart was a Cubmaster, a Scoutmaster for the BSA During his retirement years. He delivered Meals on Wheels to the elderly in Middleboro and was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of North Middleborough.
He leaves behind his devoted loving wife of 40 years, Diane White, three children: his son, Joshua White and wife Tina, daughter, Amy McDonough and husband Sean McDonough, and son, Benjamin White. Stuart cherished his role as a grandfather to Morgan Oblenis, Samuel White, Niall McDonough and Neve McDonough. He is also survived by his brother Doug White and his wife Barbara Sherman White, as well as his sister Marilyn Williams of Maine, along with many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call on September 30, 2024 (Monday) from 3:30 until 5 PM to the First Baptist Church of North Middleborough, 111 Plymouth Street (corner of Route 18 - Bedford Street). A funeral service will follow at 5 PM.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of North Middleborough, 111 Plymouth Street, Middleborough, MA 02346.
