Scott Neal Heidke of Middleboro died in his home on September 3, 2021 following a long struggle with mental illness. He was 55.
He was born on December 21, 1965 in Boston, son of the late Thomas W. and Virginia L. (Jacobson) Heidke and was a graduate of Middleboro High School, Class of 1983. Scott worked as an oil burner service technician until mental illness disabled him. He sought treatment, was faithful to his medication regimen and was willing to participate in new treatment programs. Scott was dedicated to his family and especially to the care of his wife.
Family members include his wife, Anna (Zubris) Heidke; two brothers and their spouses: Barry and his wife, June, David and his wife, Dora all of Middleboro; nieces and a nephew: Diane of Raleigh, North Carolina, Isabela and Tyler both of Middleboro.
Funeral services on Thursday (September 16, 2021) at 4 PM in the First Baptist Church of North Middleboro, 111 Plymouth Street, corner of Bedford Street (Route 18).
Interment private.
