Norman Ernest ("BI") Record, Jr.

Norman Ernest ("BI") Record, Jr. of Middleboro died suddenly on December 29, 2020. He was 61.

He was born on November 7, 1959 in Middleboro, attended local schools and was a graduate of Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School, Class of 1977. A lifelong Middleboro resident, "BI" loved carpentry and worked as a carpenter for many years, dedicating himself to working hard.  "BI" was very thoughtful and enjoyed helping people.  Always kind and loyal he would go out of his way to help anyone.  He was a proud member of the Middleboro VFW. It was there and other places that he loved to help and volunteer.  "BI" enjoyed riding his Harley with his brother, Robert.  In addition, he loved cooking and traveling, recently visiting Portugal.  He was very funny, always telling jokes and stories to make others laugh.  His personality lit up the room and he was never afraid to be himself in any situation.  

Devoted son of Norman E. Record, Sr. and the late Mary Anne (Costa) Record. Loving brother of James Record and his wife, Sharon, David Record, Robert Record, Marianne Record and her husband, Ed Rodriguez.  Adored uncle of Nicholas Record, RJ Record, Erick Record, Paige Record, Amanda Rock and her husband, Peter and Mikele DePaolo. Also survived by his loving girlfriend, Robin Desmarais and his dog of many years, Carter. "BI" treasured his relationship with his nephew, Nick. Their bond was special and "BI" loved him like a son.
