Leonard Thomas Freitag

Leonard Thomas Freitag of Middleboro died somewhat unexpectedly on October 22, 2019.  He was 69.

Lenny was born on October 7, 1950 in Jersey City, New Jersey, son of the late William F. and Marion W. (Olson) Freitag.  He was a graduate of Middleboro High School, Class of 1969 where he excelled in athletics and the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Class of 1972, where he earned a degree in Marine Engineering.  

Devoted father of Thomas L. Freitag and his wife, Jessica L. (Sherman) of Wareham and Adam M. Freitag of Middleboro.  Loving grandfather of Cobie, Sienna and Brooke. Brother of Francine J. Provencher and her husband, Paul J. of Middleboro and the late William F. Freitag, Jr.  Also survived by his nieces, Jennifer and Emily.  

A Celebration of Life will be held on November 2, 2019 from 2 - 5 PM in the VFW Post 2188, 12 Station Street, Middleboro.
