Kendall Allen Joyner, 61, of Middleboro passed away on December 6, 2022.
He was born in Boston on July 17, 1961 to Sarah and Aaron Joyner. He was predeceased by both parents. After graduating high school, Kendall worked several construction and maintenance jobs. At the age of 50, he transitioned into living at a nursing care facility. He lived the last 6 ½ years of his life at Oak Hill Healthcare, where the
staff and residents became his chosen family. People often described Kendall as “a big teddy bear”, which was an accurate description of both his stature and his personality.
A friendly and social man, Kendall enjoyed late 70's funk music, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, and a good steak & cheese sub. Kendall was a caring and playful soul. He always enjoyed talking with visitors and was a friend to everyone he met. His absence will be felt by all who knew him.
