Joseph Scott Crowley
August 23, 1962 – August 14, 2024
Joseph “Scott” Crowley, 61, of Middleboro, passed away peacefully in his home on August 14, 2024.
Scott was born on August 23, 1962 to Joseph and Linda Crowley in Heidelberg Germany.
Scott dedicated his life to his family and friends. Growing up Scott was always active and enjoyed
playing sports, including hockey. He was a patriotic man that proudly served in the Army Reserves. Scott
enjoyed fishing, New England sports teams, “safety meetings”, reading the paper and spending time with
his family and friends. Scott was full of life and loved to make people laugh with his quick wit and often
inappropriate humor. He always had a comeback or one liner ready, and those close to him have many
inside jokes. Those who had the privilege of knowing him knew that he loved them as he would often tell
them. Every visit began and ended with a hug and a “love ya”. Scott will be deeply missed by all who
knew and loved him.
Cherished son of the late Joseph W. Crowley and survived by mother Linda E. Westgate, beloved partner
of Sandra; adored father of Julie and Cherin; grandfather of Isabella, Hunter and Declan; dear brother of
Steven, Lisa, Sherry, Shannon, and Ellen; loving uncle, great uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many.
“We’re not here for a long time; we are here for a good time”
