Joseph Camilleri, 79, of Middleboro passed away peacefully in his sleep during the early hours of Tuesday (December 31, 2019) in his home.
Born in Manhattan, New York on June 30, 1940, Joey was the second child of the late Joseph A. and Jennie (Rindell) Camilleri and moved to Massachusetts with his family as a young child. Joey was a charming, kind man who loved singing, music, animals, and art. He loved long car rides and asked everyone who came to see him if they would take him for a drive. He will be remembered for his songs and his laughter, which never failed to make us smile.
Joey is preceded in death by his brother William Camilleri who passed in 2016. Joey is survived by his brother Richard Camilleri and extended family.
Services will be held in his home on Tuesday (Jan 7, 2020). Please contact Julie for details at 508-208-0312.
