Obituary

Jay Frank Jackson of Lakeville died peacefully on August 7, 2022 following a period of declining health. He was 72.

He was born on December 9, 1949 in Rutledge, Pennsylvania, son of the late James F. and Mary (McDonald) Jackson and attended local schools. Jay earned his Bachelor of Arts from Franconia College, his Master of Business Administration from Western New England College and his Master of Arts from St. Joseph College. Prior to retirement, he devoted years of service to human services. Jay was a proud Philadelphia Eagles fan and appreciated music, especially the guitar.

Devoted father of Rhiannon LeShan Jackson and her husband, Joshua Robbins of Lakeville. Adored grandfather of Nolan Robbins (12) and Finn Robbins (4). Loving brother of James Peter Jackson and his wife, Carol. Also survived by his close friends, George Lee, formerly of Swarthmore, PA, of Marlton, New Jersey, Bill Mullin and his family at the Mediterranean Bar & Grill in Taunton.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
