Janice Elaine (Griswold) Ruprecht

Janice Elaine (Griswold) Ruprecht of Middleboro died peacefully on August 6, 2023 in her home.  She was surrounded by her loving family.  Janice was 81. 

She was born on October 22, 1941 in Middleboro, daughter of the late Charles F. and Hazel A. (White) Griswold.  Janice was a lifelong resident of Middleboro.  She enjoyed crocheting, solving word puzzles and gardening.  She loved her hummingbirds and her extensive collection of teddy bears.  

Janice has joined her beloved husband, Caspar "Al" Ruprecht, Jr., who sadly passed away in 1984.  

Loving mother of Gary Ruprecht and his wife, Christina, Stacy DeCosta and her husband, Ed and the late Leonard Ruprecht.  Adored grandmother of Taylor Bearse, Alexandria DiBlasio and her husband, Anthony, Brendon Ruprecht, Katrina Bishop and her husband, Josh, Molly and Grace Ruprecht.  Great-grandmother of Asher, Rylan, Jaxson and Landon.  Sister of the late Charles F. Griswold, Jr. and his wife, Janice "Dolly" Griswold and Robert L. Griswold.  Janice is also survived by extended family, including the Ruprecht/Black family.  

In accordance with her wishes, funeral arrangements are private.
