Gary Paul Connor

Gary Paul Connor of Middleboro died peacefully and surrounded by his family on November 23, 2022 in the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Plymouth.  He was 68.

He was born on August 19, 1954 in Cambridge, son of the late Lawrence F. and Marion R. (Burns) Connor.  

Devoted brother of his sister and caregiver, Joan F. St. Croix (widow of Mike, Sr.) of Plymouth, also his loyal brother Leo P. Connor and his wife, Denise of Athol, and his late brothers  Andrew L. Connor of Orange and Lawrence J. Connor of Middleboro.  Gary is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. He was previously an avid dog advocate and proud of  his much loved companions, Holly and Sasha.

Gary enjoyed watching sports, listening to the Oldies, reading, completing puzzles, dining out and spending time at the ocean. Gary was a long-term resident of Oak Hill Healthcare in Middleboro, where he received outstanding professional and compassionate care.  As Gary's health began to decline he was often admitted to the Beth Israel-Deaconess Medical Center. His family is very grateful for the exceptional care provided, most recently within the Critical Care Unit. 

Gary was kind and always willing to help others.  In his memory please lead by his example. 

Private interment at the request of the family.  Gary is now at Peace.
