Frank Shannon, a longtime resident of Berkley has lost a long and valiant battle with cancer. He was best known for both his craft as a skilled plumber and as a devoted father and friend. He passed on May 10, 2021. Frank was 54.
He was born in Whitman to the late John and Mary (Kernan) Shannon on April 14, 1967. Frank grew up and went to school in Bridgewater where he developed lifelong friendships and had many adventures with his buddies throughout the years. He enjoyed rooting for all of Boston’s sports teams, especially the Bruins, and had a special passion for extra-extra iced "Dunkies", Budweiser and scratchers. His cribbage prowess was legendary. He was well known for his “are you serious?” look, his blue eyes and his dry humor and sarcasm. He left the world too soon and will be missed by many.
