Eleanor Jean (Rizzo) Morris, 78, of Middleboro, died July 23, 2021. Eleanor was born to the late Joseph E. Rizzo and Lena (Colizzo) Rizzo, in Arlington, Massachusetts. She attended Arlington High School and Regis College. She worked as a proofreader for many years and had a recordstore, Recordworks, with her husband David.
She was a loving wife, a wonderful mother, a fantastic grandmother and an amazing woman. She was a gifted artist, amazingly creative, had a great sense of humor, a lover of animals and an avid gardener and reader.
She is survived by her loving husband, David Morris of Middleboro, her devoted daughter, Andrea (Morris) Koerner and her husband Michael Koerner of Rhode Island; four grandchildren, Erin Maloney, Carmina Maloney, Shawn Totten and Maia Koerner of Rhode Island; her beloved sister Virginia (Rizzo) Dolan of Norwell, her brother-in-law Paul Morris of Illinois, her sister-in-law Mary Koester of Arkansas, her sister-in-law Irene Rizzo of Plainville; and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are on Saturday (August 7, 2021) at 10 a.m. in the O'Neill Funeral Home, 59 Peirce Street (corner of School Street) Middleboro, Massachusetts.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Interment Central Cemetery in Middleboro, Massachusetts.
