David Alan Robinson

David Alan Robinson of Middleboro died suddenly on August 15, 2020.  He was 73.  

He was born on November 21, 1946 in Hyannis, son of the late Frank T. and Gladys M. (Russell) Robinson.  He was raised in Middleboro, attended local schools and earned a Bachelor's Degree from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.  A veteran, Dave served in the United States Navy and was Honorably Discharged.  Prior to his retirement he worked as an Electrical Engineer at the Foxboro Company where he devoted over 35 years.  Dave enjoyed golfing, casinos and watching televised sports.  He treasured most attending the sporting events of his grandchildren and wintering with Norma in Florida.  

Beloved husband of Norma (Monroig) Robinson.  Devoted father of Amy DiBiase and her husband, Todd of Middleboro, David R. Robinson and his wife, Terri of North Easton, Donny Eaton and his partner, Laura of Wareham, Shirley Amaral and her husband, Dennis of Middleboro, Sharon Eaton and her partner, Matt of Plymouth and the late Sandra Lee Eaton.  Brother of the late Frank Robinson.  Also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a nephew.  

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visiting hours on Thursday (August 20, 2020) from 9 until 11 AM in the O'Neill Funeral Home, 59 Peirce Street (corner of School Street) Middleboro, followed by a graveside service in Saint Mary Cemetery.  

Due to COVID-19, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
