Carol G. (Spence) MacKeigan of Middleboro, formerly of Watertown, died peacefully on April 14, 2026 in her home following a period of declining health. She was 75.
She was born on November 3, 1950 in Newton, daughter of the late George R. and Betty (Smith) Spence, attending local schools. Prior to her retirement, Carol devoted many years working as a Comptroller for an Electrical Contractor. Her true devotion was to her family. She loved her family (especially her nieces and nephews) and that love was returned.
Beloved sister of George Spence and his wife, Mary of Middleboro, Donald Spence and his wife, Teresa of Dracut, Gary Spence and his wife, Denise of Marshfield and the late Georgina Spence.
Cherished aunt of Fredrick Doucette, Jason Doucette, Brenden Spence, Shawn Spence, Tyler Spence and Danielle (Spence) Desmarais. Grandaunt of Jason, Barry, Noah, Ashlynne, Lauren, Riley, Dylan And Devianna.
Visiting hours on April 25, 2026 from 2 until 4 p.m. in the O'Neill Funeral Home, 59 Peirce Street (corner of School Street) Middleboro.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
