Patricia A. (Bradshaw) Mofford of Brockton died peacefully on January 27, 2019 following a period of declining health. She was 76.

She was born on October 20, 1942 in Brockton, daughter of the late Edwin R. and Eleanor F. (Morey) Bradshaw and attended local schools. Prior to her retirement, Pat worked as a caretaker, providing loving personal care in residential homes.

Former wife of Daniel Mofford. Mother of Kenneth, Norman and Angel. Sister of Sandra Hunt, Samuel Bradshaw, Margaret L. Albert, Gary Bradshaw, Chris Bradshaw, Grace Guglielmini, the late Lester C. and Robert Bradshaw. Also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held.
