Leah Lamon (Milligan) Johnson

Leah Lamon (Milligan) Johnson of Middleboro died peacefully on January 1, 2019 following a period of declining health.  She was 81.

She was born on November 27, 1937 in Jacksonville, Florida, daughter of the late William E. and Jennie (Lamon) Milligan, attending area schools.  Leah relocated to Massachusetts and later married.  A homemaker, she was devoted to her family. 

Beloved mother of Pamela L. Getchell of Raynham, Michael W. Johnson of Hatfield, Michele E. Bleckley of Middleboro, Traci L. DuBray of Pompano Beach, Florida and Eric A. E. Johnson of Mashpee.  Sister of Kathleen Thomas and David E. Milligan both of Jacksonville, Florida and the late Daniel L. Milligan. Also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday (January 12, 2019) at 11 AM in the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, 900 Main Street, Brockton.  A reception will follow.
