Dorothy A. Provencher of Athol died unexpectedly in her home on May 21, 2017.  She was 58. 

She was born on July 27, 1958 in Holyoke, daughter of the late Henry D. and Veronica M. (King) Provencher.  She was a graduate of Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School and Clark University.  Prior to retirement, Dorothy was employed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a counselor. She enjoyed traveling and cherished her grandchildren.

Devoted mother of Aaron M. Provencher and Alexander M. Provencher.  Loving sister of Paul J. Provencher, Samuel D. Provencher, Kathleen D. Provencher, Sherri Ouimet and the late Mary Provencher.  Adored grandmother of Justin, Jaylin, Lisa and Alayna.  Also survived by nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday (June 10, 2017) at 1 PM in the VFW POST 2188, 12 Station Street, Middleboro. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
