Dorothy T. (Wood) Lufkin of Fairhaven, formerly of Middleboro, died peacefully and in the presence of her son on November 6, 2017.  She was 86.

She was born on June 5, 1931 in Boston, daughter of the late Charles and Loretta (Durfee) Wood.  A homemaker, Mrs. Lufkin was the wife of the late Elmer S. Lufkin. 

Loving mother of Bruce J. Lufkin and his significant other, Denise Gunn of New Bedford, Mark Lufkin and Justine Oliveira.  Also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visiting hours on Monday (November 13, 2017) from 4-7 PM.

Funeral services on Monday (November 13, 2017) at 7 PM in the O'Neill Funeral Home, 59 Peirce Street (corner of School Street) Middleboro.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Interment will be at a later date.
