Arlene M. Harshell of Middleboro died peacefully in her home on October 12, 2018. Arlene was diagnosed with cancer 13 months ago. She faced her illness with courage and grace. Her loyal and loving family were always present at her bedside. Arlene was 56.
She was born on December 6, 1961 in Boston, daughter of the late George P. and Ann M. Harshell. Prior to her illness, Arlene worked as a cashier at the former Cumberland Farms on Centre Street in Middleboro and later the Cumberland Farms in Carver.
Beloved significant other for almost 9 years of Mark D. LeBarnes of Carver. Loving mother Tonya Harshell and Sonya Harshell both of Fall River and Robert Sears, III of Middleboro. Cherished grandmother of Jathan, Ethan and Jaxon. Adored sister of Micky of Walpole and George P. Harshell, Jr. of Hyde Park. Loving niece of Lydia Fitzgerald of Quincy.
Visiting hours on Wednesday (October 17, 2018) from 5-8 PM in the O'Neill Funeral Home, 59 Peirce Street (corner of School Street) Middleboro.
