Susan Marie (Giles) Russo of Raynham died on Mother's Day.  She was 68.

She was born on August 28, 1948 in Woburn, daughter of the late Lawrence W. and Jeannette (Hogan) Giles.  She attended local schools and was a graduate of Woburn High School.  Susan worked at the Mansfield House of Pizza where she enjoyed her customers.  Later, she worked at Mansfield Scientific (now Boston Scientific) where she was very proud of their progress in helping people and Chadwick's of Boston, from which she retired.

Susan was a good and supportive mother and especially enjoyed children.  She liked to paint, write and was at present writing a children's book for her grandchildren.  She savored the art of conversation and was always willing to help others. 

Beloved mother of Susie Martin and her husband, Sean of Attleboro, Janet Churchill and her husband, Kenneth, Sr. of Middleboro, Robert B. Russo, III and his wife, Ellie of Plymouth and William T. Russo, Jr. and his fiance, Nicole Robbins of Raynham.  Loving grandmother of Kenny and Ashley Churchill, Delenn, Cameron and Wesley Martin and grandson to be, Robert B. Russo, IV.  Sister of Doreen Balestrieri of Woburn, Richard Giles of Westford, David Giles of North Carolina, Michael "Mickey" Giles and the late Roberta and Lawrence.  Also survived by several nieces and nephews, including Tina Giles. 

Visiting hours on Friday (May 19, 2017) from 5-8 PM in the O'Neill Funeral Home, 59 Peirce Street (corner of School Street) Middleboro.  A reception will follow. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
